How do I recieve my keys?

We will send CD Key to your Paypal email address or other email address we get from your billing information.

Usually all CD Keys delivery time is set in 20-60 minutes. If you don't receive our keys after 24 hours, you just check your *spam inbox* firstly OR contact us and offer another normal email, such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com. For some causes, your E-mail System may limit some applications.

Returns:

Because the CD KEY is not like general merchandise, can't judge easily whether have problems, so we provides to replace a service currently, if the CD KEY appears a problem.

Once our cdkey appear problem, pls make one snap picture about trouble interface. Send it to us as accessory.

We will check whether accept your exchanging application or not.

Others:

Recently, some NEW player can't use our keys and say that our keys are invalid. We suggest that you ask for an old game player to active your game through battle.net. For that, NO REFUNDS are allowed for ANY reason once the cd keys are sent to you.
